It means sustaining a financial assistance program to enroll students from all socioeconomic backgrounds and to make Buckley possible for all families, taking into consideration both financial need and the availability of funds.
2024-2025 Tuition
La matrícula cubre los costes anuales de la enseñanza durante la jornada académica regular, así como el coste de los libros de texto, los cuadernos de trabajo, ciertos materiales escolares, los uniformes de educación física, las publicaciones escolares y el apoyo a las clases extensas de artes visuales y escénicas. In addition to the cost of tuition, there are supplemental fees for lunch, technology use (Grades 6-12), uniforms, transportation, and outdoor education. Below is detailed information on additional costs and financial assistance.
Additional expenses not included in tuition: grade level( experiential learning overnight trips; fee varies per grade), laptop, and school uniforms. Optional items include bus transportation, and the hot lunch program.
Payment Options
- One-pay payment plan: due each June
- 6-month payment plan: due monthly May through October
- 8-month payment plan: due monthly May through December

For this reason, an optional tuition insurance policy is available for purchase. This policy entitles subscribers to a partial refund of tuition and fees when a student who has attended at least 14 consecutive days of school is unable to attend classes for medical reasons, a non-medical withdrawal, or dismissal. Each year, parents must confirm during the online re-enrollment process whether or not they wish to elect this coverage.

The Financial Assistance Program is designed to make a Buckley educational experience possible for all families based on demonstrated financial need and the availability of funds. Nearly 1 in 4 students at Buckley receive assistance for tuition and qualify for other expenses related to the student experience that includes but is not limited to school uniforms, bus transportation, required technology and more. Financial Assistance Process and Dates
Buckley is proud to use Clarity to determine a family’s level of financial need based on the information that the family shares in the application, which includes assets, income, expenses, and debts.

- Instead of scanning, uploading, or mailing prior year tax documents, families simply complete an e-signature form and we pull their verified tax documents directly from the IRS Form 8508.

- The priority deadline for completing the financial assistance application including relevant supplemental documents is January 3, 2025, for all new families. (Applications will still be received beyond the deadline, but priority consideration is given based on the date of submission. Submitting the Clarity application by the priority deadline will ensure you are receiving every consideration for assistance.)
If your application is submitted by the priority deadline listed on this page, you will be notified of your financial assistance grant along with the Acceptance Letter & Enrollment Agreement for 2025-2026. You will be notified separately in the decision letter if you are not eligible or did not receive financial assistance.
Late applications may not be considered until the end of the awards process or availability of funds. If the tuition assistance budget has been exhausted by that time, you may be placed on a financial assistance wait pool. Admittance for your student applicant may be impacted by the access and availability of funds.
